Cleanroom construction is an activities which combine and install all sub-systems of cleanroom together. The cleanroom as a whole project can be mainly divided into five sub-systems, among which HVAC system plays a key role in running the whole cleanroom system.

1  Cleanroom Structure:

Covering sandwich ceiling panels and wall panels, cleanroom doors and windows, coving, corner piece and connection accessories, etc.

2  HVAC System:

Covering AHUs, chillers, water piping, air ducting, piping insulation, air  and water valves, air filters, air inlets and outlets etc.

3   Electric System:

Covering Power Supply for equipment and Lighting, cables, power distribution cabinets, etc.

4   Auto-control System:

Intercom system, monitoring system, sensors and actuators for temperate, humidity, air flow, cleanliness, noise, controllers, motorized valves, etc.

5   Cleanroom Floor:

Epoxy Floor, PVC Floor and High-rise Floor

To be more efficient an effective, we strongly recommend project owner to make the following items ready before cleanroom construction.

A: Civil Construction:  cleanroom-enclosed such as architectural external wall and ceiling, flat floor, windows.

B: Process Equipment Settlement

C: Power and Water Supply:  cabinet power distribution cabinet, cables, industrial power and water supply  for process equipment and cleanroom system

D: Opening for Cleanroom components’entry
